Now is the time for the long awaited 2026 Annual Speckled Trout – Puppy Drum Tournament.  This event will be held at The Elizabeth River & tributaries on November 14th, starting at 6am.  Weigh-in starts promptly at 2pm to 2:30 with catch & release participants going first at Elizabeth River Park.  Immediately following the tournament there will be a cook-out a the park pavilion followed by the following awards:  Register for this event below

1st Place – $150 (combined weight of up to 3 speckled trout per captain(boat) or shore fishermen)

2nd Place – $100 (combined weight of up to 3 speckled trout per captain(boat) or shore fishermen)

3rd Place – $50 (combined weight of up to 3 speckled trout per captain(boat) or shore fishermen)

Bonus Prizes – $100 (heaviest puppy drum)

Bonus Prizes – $100 (heaviest striper) 

Optional Calcutta (heaviest speckled trout) – Must register before this event begins for the Calcutta in person $10 or $12 online at the following link: CALCUTTA
