Spring Trout Closure Vote 2026 Do you support VSSA to recommond a spring speckled trout closure? We have had two consecutive years of a cold kill on speckled trout and possible puppy drum. North Carolina already has this process in place. A vote for “yes” would begin the process for VSSA support before the VMRC
